'Take the day off' card

Hello folks!  Thought I'd share a 'male' card with you today as in the UK it's father's day.  I had great fun making this card and hunting out the real office supplies to pop onto it.
I made my white card blank and inked the edges with distress inks.  I found an old brown envelope to use as my backing paper and created the torn out notepad sheet with just a piece of paper, an EK Success punch and more distress inks.  I flipped the top right corner over and added the paperclips.  I printed the tag from my Craft Artist program, backed it onto card, cut it out, punched the hole and tied some thread on.  I the tag is held in place with a little bulldog clip. The ruler and pencil are also embellishments printed out from the Craft Artist program.
The image is a stamp from the 'fun in the sun' gruffies/House Mouse stamp set.  I stamped, watercoloured  the image and mounted it onto a fun foam mat for added dimension.  I scrunched up some papers and adhered to the bottom of the card with hot glue.
  Ciao for now!
