Hello folks! Here's my DT card for this months Joanna Sheen challenge of Spring/Easter. There are changes afoot on the blog. As of next month we go bi-monthly and the Design Team is growing too. Lots more info and details of this months prizes as wells as lots of inspiration can be found here.
The colour that comes to mind when I think of Spring is yellow. So I just had to have some on this months card. I'm still into using Kraft card and I wanted to team it with this lovely image from the Jane Shasky CDrom. I embossed a piece of the Kraft card with my Swiss Dots folder on the Cuttlebug and added turquoise Stickles to each dot. I stamped the sentiment on yet more card and used a punch to punch out.
I added lots of glitter to the main image, and layered up the butterflies (which I had drenched with glitter). I finished off the card with a yellow gingham bow on the window box.
I hope you are able to join in with this months challenge.
Ciao for now!
