Hello folks! Here's a card I made to showcase Joanna Sheen's new Cameo stamps. I was inspired by those beautiful triple mirrors that ladies used to have on their dressing tables.... there's probably a name for them but I can't think of it right now.
To make it I just folded some cardstock to make a long thin card. I then measured the length of the spine and made two vertical cuts which gave me three equal flaps on the front. The centre one I folded in half to make a regular easel base. The two outer panels I folded diagonally to make the twisted easel bases.
I stamped the images onto blue card and heat embossed them with white detail embossing powder. I cut the shape out and adhered to the relevant panel. I then cut away the parts of the flaps that were showing behind the frame.
I used some DCWV patterned paper on the bottom. I stamped and embossed some of the corners and other details which I used as the easel stoppers. I finished off the design with gems, pearls and ribbons.I hope you have had a great weekend.
Ciao for now!
Sandra xx

Beautiful Sandra, very elegant.
So much work has gone into this card Sandra. Absolutely beautiful, I'm sure Joanna and the team were thrilled with it.
Hi Sandra, This card is gorgeous. Definately reminds me of Wedgewood china my Mother used to have. Hugs, Carol S.xx

You always make such interesting cards, Sandra. I know exactly the mirrors you mean, my Mum has one. I wish I had a dressing table for one too but there's just no room!!
I love the Wedgewood feel of these too.
Hope all is good with you and yours.
