Hello folks. Hope you are well and enjoying your weekend. Here's a card I made using a cute Giordano Father Christmas stamp set. I adore the way the Giordano brothers draw. I'm afraid I'm a bit of a 'cute' fiend. I popped this picture at the top as it captured the true colours a lot better than the one bellow. I'm not sure what happened (my photography no doubt) but just imagine the colours above on the picture bellow.
The tartan backing is actually from a packet of tissue paper that I bought to make Adrian and my first Christmas cards as a married couple back in 1994, making it 17 years old!! I knew it would come in handy again. The flowers are die cut using my Cuttlebug, shaped inked and adhered. The image is stamped, water coloured, slightly decoupaged and finished off with a touch of glitter. Ribbon, decorative corners, a die cut label and some red gems were all added to the mix.I have been busy with my DT samples which are packed and ready to post tomorrow so I'm hoping to catch up with you in blogland soon.
Ciao for now
