Sad to say 'Ciao' to the Sketch Saturday DT :o(

Hello folks!
It's with a heavy heart that I have to step down from the Sketch Saturday DT. I'm struggling with the whole 'family-work-house-craft-health' balance so my crafting is having to take a back seat. My children can have their Mummy back (and not the one that constantly says "I'm busy") and hubby may be allowed his wife back (teehee) I'm really sad to leave the team and it's not a decision I made lightly. I shall miss the Jo and the girls DT dearly. It was a pleasure and an honour to work alongside each of you, DT past and present. It's a perfect time for me to leave as Sketch Saturday are on the second phase of their DT Call and therefore the team can be extended by more members. For those of you who are chosen to be part of the team..... you will love it!!
Just a few details about my card. The stamps are by from the Regency set by Sheena Douglass, coloured in with a mixture of watercolours and pearl paints. The ribbon is by Cosmo Cricket and I have used a Martha Stewart punch for the boarder. I placed a strip of gold mirri board behind the punched out border. The corners are a Cuttlebug die again made using mirri board. I used my Xyron Design Runner for the sentiment.
I hope you get a chance to join in with my last week as a member of the Sketch Saturday DT... there is a great prize up for grabs too.
Ciao for now!
Sandra x

Well I for one am so sorry to hear this news Sandra, I'm sure it was such a difficult decision to have to make. You really are such an inspiration, and you never fail to amaze....
I dont get chance to leave comments often, but I do pop over regular to see what you've been up to.
Its definately difficult to find a balance between real life, and the crafting/blogging life...especially with little ones... I'm sure you have made the right decision for you and your family
enjoy having more YOU time!!
all the best
