Purple Rain card


Hello folks!  Here's another card featuring the new stamps Sheena will be launching tomorrow morning at 8am on Create and Craft.  When I saw this 'Rain' wordy stamp I thought I just had to use the colour purple.
I stamped the large sentiment on some purple satin card and added some black Martha Stewart glitter to the umbrella,  The little chain and brads are from a set that I bought years ago.
I used glossy accents to create the raindrops on the background layer. It was really difficult for me to leave the raindrop layer alone while it dried.... I was so tempted to 'test' it.  Quite a simple card, yet quite striking, I hope.
